Library Tutor

It’s often the small things that can be so bothersome (think teeny-tiny pebble in your shoe). This is why at Better Get Kay, there’s no such thing as a small issue.
If your technology is frustrating you or can’t figure it out on your own, Better Get Kay.
The list below should give you a better idea of how I help. If your issue is not listed below, just ask.

Fixing or adjusting email settings

You can learn how to do useful things such as

  • Increasing your email font type or size for better legibility

  • Ensuring you never miss important emails by “white listing” email addresses so they don’t go to Spam/Junk

  • Setting up your emails so they are all automatically forwarded from one account to another

  • Linking your email account to Mail (Apple) Outlook (PC), so you can access your emails without having to open Chrome, Firefox, or Safari

  • Changing how your emails are organised to suit your requirements, for example, creating email Rules so related messages are automatically filed into an email folder

Creating new online accounts

WFH Setup

An email account is essential in the online world. An email account on the internet is equivalent to an official ID in the real world. Almost all websites including MyGov, Facebook, and Service NSW require that one has an email account.

Facebook and other social media sites

I'm sure you're familiar with Facebook. But there's also Twitter, Tiktok, Instagram. You may want to connect with your friends and loved ones on those, too.

Here's how Business Insider described LinkedIn:

"Like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and a dozen others, LinkedIn is a social network. And like other social network, it’s owned by a big tech company: Microsoft.

"But unlike most social networks, LinkedIn is a professional networking site, designed to help people make business connections, share their experiences and resumes, and find jobs."
